    But you may wonder....

    What is Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning?

Ultrasonic cleaning has been used in a wide range of applications in both science and industry over the past thirty years. In cases where extreme cleanliness is required, ultrasonics have proven to be more effective than other mechanical or chemical methods.

Cleaning with ultrasonics has the distinct advantage of penetrating complex geometric shapes and removing tightly bonded contaminates from a wide variety of surfaces.

    The Mechanics Behind Ultrasonic Cleaning

Most people that see an ultrasonic tank for the first time tend to see it as a vibrating tank that simply vibrates the contaminates from the object to be cleaned. However, ultrasonics is much more complex and has little to do with simple vibration.

Ultrasonic cleaning is the result of sound waves introduced into the cleaning liquid by means of "transducers" mounted to the cleaning tank. These transducers convert electrical energy into acoustical energy.

The acoustical energy or ultrasonics then travel through the tank and creates alternate refractions and compressions of the liquid. During refraction, small vacuum cavities are formed which collapse or implode, during compression. This continuing and rapid process, called cavitation is responsible for the scrubbing effect which produces ultrasonic cleaning.

Not All Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems are Created Equal

Many ultrasonic cleaning machines generate a fixed frequency. Super Sonic Blind Cleaning, however, uses the Blind Doctor System.

This system utilizes the versatile performance of Simultaneous Multi-Frequency Generation.

High frequencies loosen and attack soils in inaccessible areas.
Lower frequencies provide the heavy duty cleaning necessary to rapidly and thoroughly complete the cleaning process.

The presence of more than one frequency also reduces the probability of damage to sensitive parts, as it avoids the single strong resonance found in other ultrasonic tanks. This cooperating effect of many frequencies insures constantly uniform, safe, and thorough cleaning.

Such State-of-the-Art technology, in addition to, experience, and service make Super Sonic Blind Cleaning the wise choice for your business or residential needs. Call today for a free estimate: 1-800-236-3614 or E-mail us at info@jancoclean.com.
